About Us

Veer Attikan Coffee is a specialty coffee brand, based in Karnataka, India. Our website is operated on Shopify. By visiting our site and placing an order you engage in our service and agree to these terms.

Products

All our coffees are single origin, roasted to order. Product descriptions, tasting notes, and roast profiles are provided in good faith based on our knowledge of each lot. Flavour perception is subjective and individual results may vary.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are the prices that apply to your purchase.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery for eligible pin codes. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before roasting begins, whichever comes first. After this window we are unable to cancel or modify orders as roasting will have commenced. To request a cancellation contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, illustrations, brand assets, product names, and the Veer Attikan name and logo are the intellectual property of Veer Attikan Coffee and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Veer Attikan Coffee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
