Every order is roasted fresh and rested before it ships. This means your coffee leaves us at its absolute peak — and reaches you that way too.

Processing Time

All orders are roasted to order. Please allow 3 business days for roasting and packaging before your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Partner

We ship all orders across India through Shiprocket, our trusted logistics partner. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
∙ Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 2–3 business days
∙ Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 3–5 business days
∙ Remote or rural areas — 5–7 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control including weather, public holidays, and courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 2999/- 

Pan-India Delivery

We deliver to all major cities and most pin codes across India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area please WhatsApp us before placing your order and we will confirm availability.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts the package may be returned to us. In this case reshipping charges will apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please first check your tracking link. If the package appears lost or has not moved for more than 5 business days contact us and we will raise a claim with Shiprocket on your behalf.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order or before roasting begins, whichever comes first. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this window.
