I'm new to specialty coffee. Which blend should I start with?

This would depend on your brewing equipment and how you like to take your coffee (black/with milk). We'd recommend starting with Pavithra which works beautifully accross all brew methods - it is approachable without being ordinary

Which grind size should I choose?

Choose based on your brew method — Whole Beans if you have a grinder at home and want peak freshness; Manual brews for manual brewing equipment. Moka Pot for stovetop espresso; South Indian Filter for your traditional filter; Home Espresso for porta-filter machines; and Omni Grind if you brew in multiple ways and want one versatile grind that works across most methods.

What is an omni-grind?

A medium grind that works across multiple brewing methods and if you're unsure what method you have/use. It’s the “one grind for all” option if you like variety in how you brew!

What do the flavour notes mean?

Flavour notes are the inherent tastes and aromas in your cup - not added ingredients, but rather brought to life through how we grow, process, and roast each coffee.

How long does delivery take?

We typically ship within 2 business days of roasting. Delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location within India. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships from our delivery partner.

How fresh is my coffee when it arrives?

We recommend waiting 7-10 days after the roast date before brewing for optimal flavour — this is called the degassing period. Your bag will have the roast date printed on it.

How should I store my coffee?

We nitro-flush our coffees, so it retains freshness and prevents oxidation. Store in the resealable bag it comes in, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. For whole beans, grind only what you need each time. Consume within 6 weeks of opening for the best flavour.

Can I change my grind after ordering?

Unfortunately once your order is placed and roasted we're unable to change the grind. Please double check your grind selection before completing your purchase. If you're unsure drop us a WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order isn't roasted and packed, cancelling is possible. Please reach out to us on Whatsapp within 24 hours of placing your order for cancellation requests

Can I return my order?

Because coffee is a perishable product we do not accept returns. However if your order arrives damaged or incorrectly packed please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will course correct.

What do the animal names mean?

Each of our coffees is named after a wild animal that shares our estates - the tiger, the leopard, the gaur, the sloth bear, the spotted deer and the elephant. Each animal reflects the character of that coffee - its intensity, its temperament, its finish. After all its land and we're living in it.

What makes Veer Attikan coffees single origin?

Every bag we sell comes from a single estate, Attikan in the B R Hills. What you taste in your cup is purely and entirely from our land. The soil, the altitude, the nuance in flavours - all of it is in there!

Can I visit Attikan estate?
